TBRI® is an evidence-based, attachment-informed framework developed by the Karyn Purvis Institute of Child Development, and forms the foundation for how trauma-informed principles are taught and applied within these workshops.

With two decades in ministry and nonprofit leadership, I’ve seen both the beauty and the weight of serving others. I know the challenge of leading teams, caring for people, and walking with people through complex situations while managing the tension, trauma, and team dynamics that come with ministry.
That’s why I offer training that’s practical, trauma-informed, and aligned with the values we share: compassion, connection, and integrity. My goal is to equip leaders and teams to serve others well and not burn themselves out in the process.
