Trust-Based Relational Intervention® (TBRI)

TBRI® is an evidence-based, trauma-informed framework developed by the Karyn Purvis Institute of Child Development. It equips caregivers and team members with principles and strategies to support children from hard places—focusing on connection, regulation, and felt safety.

This training is ideal for teams who want more than awareness or knowledge—they want practical tools that transform how they care.

What's included:

  • Licensed TBRI® Caregiver Training delivered by a certified practitioner
  • One full day, in-person training workshop
  • TBRI® Caregiver Training Participant Workbook
  • Certificate of completion

Who it's for:

  • Churches, schools, or nonprofits working with vulnerable children.
  • Teams seeking a shared trauma-informed foundation.
  • Organisations ready to build trust-based, healing environments.

While TBRI® is based on years of attachment, sensory processing, and neuroscience research, the heartbeat of TBRI® is connection.

As a certified TBRI® Practitioner with nearly two decades of experience in ministry and nonprofit leadership, I’ve equipped teams across Australia and internationally to lead with insight, compassion, and confidence.
